The Premium Collection

Includes : 5 bed villa in the South of France - 5 bed townhouse in Mallorca - 4/5 bed cottage in the Cotswolds - 5 bed farmhouse in Tuscany - 4 bed chalet in the Megeve area

We are now onboarding the final homeowners to join our Premium collection, and have 4 shares left. We have purchased the South of France villa, the Tuscan farmhouse, and are now proceeding with a townhouse in Mallorca, and a chalet in the Megeve area. The final property to be purchased is the Cottage. We anticipate all properties to be ready by September/ October 2023, however by joining ealier you get access to the homes as they become ready for use.

Price for one share is 600,000 euros, annual contribution is 13,200 euros. One share offers 12 weeks in your homes.

Legal documents for the Collections

These are the documents for the Signature Collection, however the ones for the Premium Collection are exactly the same. We recommend starting reading the Overview note, and then Joint Venture Agreement and finanlly the Management Agreement.
